Our Best Practice Review is an extremely cost-effective and quick 'snapshot' of where a supplier stands on these key account management factors and areas for attention.

On each factor, MMG review performance relative to its database of major suppliers and to companies similar to the supplier. We also identify relevant 'best practice' initiatives, areas for attention and where appropriate recommend specific actions.

Each company receives a rating on each factor and subfactor relative to 'worst', median and best practice in the database and its industry. While not as detailed as our sales and marketing effectiveness reviews, the Best Practice Review very quickly identifies areas for attention.
